Has my application been received?As soon as your application has been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This can sometimes take a few minutes. Make sure to check your spam folder! If you still haven't received a confirmation e-mail the following day, it's best to contact us directly via jobs@statista.com.
My application cannot be sent. What can I do?First of all, please check if you have filled in all mandatory fields in the application form and make sure that your attachments are in the correct file format and do not exceed the maximum file size. ‘If you still have problems, please try again later. In case it is still not working, you can also send us your application by email to jobs@statista.com.
Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?If you find several job offers that suit you, you are most welcome to apply for more than one position. If you are considered for one or more of the jobs you have applied for, we will simply talk about it in the further process and clarify which of the positions suits you best.
Can I also send a speculative application?As we are only looking for new employees for the positions we have published, we are unfortunately unable to consider unsolicited applications. Can I also apply by e-mail?The easiest way is to apply online via our career site. This allows us to assign your application directly and process it more quickly.
Can I apply by postal mail?Please do not send us any application documents by postal mail, but apply online via our career site.
What does the application process look like?The application process may vary slightly depending on the position you are applying for, but is generally divided into the following phases:
- Screening : We review your documents
After we have received your application, our recruiters will check your documents. This may take some time, so please be patient with us. As soon as we know whether you are suitable for the position in question or whether we unfortunately have to end the process, we will contact you and give you feedback. - Introduction phase: We get to know each other
You will have an initial interview with a colleague from our recruitment team. The aim is to find out more about you and your background. We will then also let you know whether you are still being considered for the position. - Interview phase: Are we a good match?
In this phase, you will get to know your department head and possibly other peers in one or two detailed interviews. We may also ask you to prepare a case study for this phase. If this should apply to you we will of course inform you about this in advance.
We will discuss the specifics of your process during the initial interview and, of course, keep you informed of all steps at all times. The entire process can take between two and four weeks.
However, we will of course make every effort to give you feedback as quickly as possible at all stages.
How long does the application process take?The duration of the entire process depends on a variety of factors - such as the number of interviews and the joint coordination of appointments - so we can't tell you exactly how long the application process will take in your case. On average, it takes between two and four weeks from the time we receive your application for both sides to decide whether we are a good match.
Is there a dress code at Statista?No, there is generally no dress code at our company. We value individuality and want you to feel comfortable with us. We trust that you are able to judge what clothing is appropriate for your job and the contacts related to it. For example, if you have regular customer contact in your field, it goes without saying that you should dress accordingly.
Can I also work from home?Currently, our colleagues are not required to come to the office due to Corona virus. As soon as the pandemic situation is considered safe again, there will be three optional home office days and two office days per week. However, we also offer fully remote working for some positions. You can find out if this is an option for your particular job in the corresponding job description. If there is no full remote option for your position, we will of course offer you special leave days for your relocation and support you in the visa process if necessary.
Can I bring my dog/pet to work?Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed in our offices. While we understand that you would like to bring your four-legged friend with you, we cannot currently allow office dogs out of consideration for allergy sufferers.
